RuralRISE is a national rural network dedicated to giving a voice to rural ecosystem builders and rural communities.

For rural communities, access to stable and affordable broadband and wireless connectivity continues to be a challenge.  RuralRISE Broadband focuses on Digital Divide, partnerships & Public Policy.

NCRD are leaders in stakeholder development from regional, statewide and national. The importance of partnerships and collaborations are essential in today's world.

National Entrepreneurship Week is a congressionally-chartered initiative founded in 2006 that takes place the third week of February annually.

NCRD works nationally and internationally to deliver entrepreneurship programs and trainings for new and experienced entrepreneurs alike. 

The project helps
middle and high school programs in a seven-state region infuse Entrepreneurship into
academic classrooms with a focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts
and Mathematics) initiatives.

From Biochar to Sustainable Aviation Fuel  - NCRD strives to develop industries focusing on turning waste products into an environmental solution or product. 

Born in Appalachia, out of a need for identifying opportunities, resources and funding for underserved communities and organizations, the National Center for Resource Development and its team have successfully executed a number of programs across Appalachia to help drive economic diversification, entrepreneurship and address the opioid issue.
