Lisa Delman is a dynamic facilitator and consultant at the National Center for Resource Development, bringing a unique blend of advanced communication skills, a wellness mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit. With a rich background in the healthcare foodservice industry and 17 years as a Communication Professor, soft skills facilitator, and entrepreneur, Lisa offers a diverse skill set including high emotional intelligence, intuitive people skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Lisa’s mission is to help others communicate with clarity, compassion, and purpose. She excels at engaging individuals in meaningful dialogue and facilitation, both online and on-site, inspiring them to become their authentic and best selves. Her commitment to emotional intelligence and inner wisdom sets her apart as a leader in personal and professional development.

After a successful corporate career, Lisa ventured into the publishing world, inspired by a personal experience. She created the international Letters from the Heart Project, encouraging daughters to express their emotions through letter writing. This project culminated in the Penguin Group-published book, "Dear Mom, I’ve Always Wanted You to Know…Daughters Share Letters from the Heart," garnering widespread media attention.

Lisa is certified in Emotional Intelligence by Positive Psychology, the ability to manage both your own emotions & understand the emotions of others & certified in HeartMath Resilience Advantage, enhancing resilience & reducing stress.  She also facilitates workshops on Advanced Communication Skills, Fundamentals of Speaking, Listening, the Art of Influencing Others, Stress Management, and "My Why" workshops focused on clarity and purpose.

At Broward College, Lisa played a key role in fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem, educating professors and students on value creation and the entrepreneurial mindset. She continues to teach as a Communication Professor at Barry University and Southern New Hampshire University.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and a Minor in Speech from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness from Fielding University, Lisa’s guiding principles are compassion, authenticity, and integrity.
