Dr. Charles "Chuck" Terrell

Dr. Chuck Terrell has been a leader in community colleges and entrepreneurship development in south-central Appalachia for over thirty years, most recently serving as the President of Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College (Eastern) in Moorefield West Virginia from 2010-2021. During his tenure at Eastern, the college adopted an entrepreneurial focus and mindset. Terrell was named Entrepreneurial President by the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) in 2016. He is a contributor for the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) Community College Leaders on Workforce Development: Opinions, Observations, and Future Directions (2017) and co-author: Community Colleges as Incubators of Innovation (2019).
